• How much does the Norwich Union shine:awards cost?

  Registration costs £12, which also includes access to the Virtual Athletics League. This is an annual subscription renewable each year for access to the site.

  
  

• What other costs are there once I have brought the Norwich Union shine:awards?

  You may decide that you would like your athlete's to receive a medal or certificate on completion of an award, or offer incentives through the stickers approach. Details and cost of these can be found in the Awards / Ordering section.

• I am an existing Norwich Union shine:award user but can’t remember my Serial Key Number – where can I find this?

  The Serial Key Number was included on the initial letter you would have received as part of your Welcome Pack. If you have misplaced your letter, please contact the support team on 0208 410 4440 or email them at support@norwichunionshineawards.com with your school or club name and your postcode

  
  

• I am an existing Norwich Union shine:award user, how do I transfer my athletes and their performance data to the online version?

  Once you have successfully logged into the website the system will prompt you to allow import your existing database.

  
  

• Where can I find the performance targets / attainment tables?

  The tables are only available when you have registered and logged in to the awards. They can then be found in Organisation home, under downloads. 

  
  

• I am having trouble accessing the pdf’s?

  Check that Adobe Acrobat Reader has been loaded on your computer. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer you can download this free of charge from http://www.adobe.com/products/reader.
